Last season the Gators made its eighth appearance at the WCWS and made the championship series for the third time in the last four seasons.
Gators Announce 2017 Fall Schedule

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The University of Florida softball team is slated compete in eight games this fall with six held at Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium. Admission is free to all fall games.
The schedule features a pair of games in Plantation, Fla. at Central Park against Florida State (Oct. 21) and FIU (Oct. 22). Both teams participated in the NCAA Tournament last season.
The Gators open against Chipola College (Oct. 13) and Palm Beach Atlantic (Oct. 15) before the team travels south to take on the Seminoles and Panthers. UF will finish with a series a contests at home against Enterprise State (Oct. 29), Santa Fe College (Nov. 9), St. Leo (Nov. 11) and Jacksonville University (Nov. 17).
Florida concluded the 2017 season as the national runner-up and made its eighth appearance at the Women's College World Series while the program also claimed its seventh Southeastern Conference championship.
