
Maurkice Pouncey will make his sixth Pro Bowl appearence

UF has had a former player selected to the Pro Bowl each year since 2009
ORLANDO, Fla. – The NFL will play its second consecutive Pro Bowl in Orlando Sunday and former Gator football players Keanu Neal and Maurkice Pouncey will suit up for the NFC and AFC, respectively.
The game begins at 2:50 PM from Camping World Stadium in Orlando and can be seen live on ESPN.
Florida has had a former player selected to the Pro Bowl each year since 2009. Overall, Florida has had 23 players make 67 appearances in the annual all-star game.
Representing the Atlanta Falcons, Neal will play in the Pro Bowl for the first time. The second-year safety built upon an impressive rookie season, compiling 116 total tackles, four tackles-for-loss, six passes defended, one interception, and three forced fumbles in 2017.
Atlanta earned a spot in the NFL playoffs with the NFC's No. 6 seed. In their first game, the Falcons topped the Los Angeles Rams, 26-13. They then traveled to Philadelphia and lost a close game to the eventual NFC champion Eagles, 15-10.
Pouncey will make his sixth Pro Bowl appearance. During the season, he helped anchor an offensive line that had the NFL's top wide receiver (Antonio Brown), third-leading rusher (Le'Veon Bell), and fifth-leading passer (Ben Roethlisberger). In addition, Pouncey and the Steelers only allowed 24 sacks on the seoson, tied for the third-lowest total in the league.
Pittsburgh won the AFC North and earned the AFC's No. 2 seed. The Steelers lost a shootout to the Jacksonville Jaguars in the Divisional Round, 45-42.
