Gators in the NFL – Wild Card Weekend

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The NFL Playoffs officially kicked off on Saturday with 19 Gators on 11 playoff rosters.
During the regular season Gators were found all throughout the NFL, with 47 Gators on 27 different teams. The 47 Gators in the League is one of the best totals in professional football, and puts Florida inside the top-5 for the most players from one university.
Demarcus Robinson had a solid performance in his second career playoff game with the Kansas City Chiefs on Saturday night. The Chiefs fell to the Titans by a point, but in the contest Robinson caught four passes for 57 yards and a touchdown, all of which were career firsts for the second-year pro. Robinson was a fourth round pick by the Chiefs in 2016 following a successful career at Florida. While wearing the Orange and Blue Robinson recorded 105 receptions for 1,353 yards and nine touchdowns.
