Florida has won 7 of 10 regular season series (2 sweeps) against Vanderbilt under head coach Kevin O'Sullivan. Overall, O'Sullivan is 24-12 against the Commodores.

• Florida is in the midst of a seven-game stretch against Top 10 opponents. The Gators won 2 of 3 against No. 4 Arkansas last weekend, beat No. 5 FSU Tuesday face No. 8 Vanderbilt this weekend.
• Junior Michael Byrne tied the UF career record with his 25th save on Tuesday night. With one more save he will surpass John Pricher (1988-92) for most all-time at Florida.
• Junior Jonathan India is currently on a career-best 12-game hitting streak. In those 12 games he is 22-38 (.579) and with 5 HR, 12 RBI and 13 runs scored. On the season, he leads the SEC in batting average (.430) and slugging (.899) and ranks second in on base percentage (.538).
• The Gators are showing unprecedented power lately, with 17 home runs over the last nine games. On the year, Florida has 41 home runs -- 22 more than it had through 27 games last season.
