The series against No. 14 LSU will be the final regular season series held at Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The fifth-ranked Florida softball is set to host No. 14 LSU for the final Southeastern Conference series of the regular season at Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium. The first game is set for Friday, April 27, at 5:30 p.m. on the SEC Network.

The Gators (42-7, 15-3 SEC) will hold their Senior Day recognition prior to the game against the Tigers (36-11, 9-8 SEC) on Saturday, April 28, at noon.

Florida enters this weekend's series after taking the final game of the 2018 Fresh from Florida Sunshine Showdown against No. 8 Florida State this past Wednesday. UF defeated FSU 5-1 after the team rallied in the sixth inning to plate all five of its runs.

Amanda Lorenz was tabbed this week's SEC Player of the Week after having a series of outstanding performances last week at the plate. Lorenz paced the Gators offense with a .636 average along with a 1.455 slugging and .714 on base percentage. In the series opener against Mississippi State, she went 4-for-4 and was a double shy of the cycle then blasted her second grand slam of the season in game two to help clinch the series.

The series will be broadcast on WGGG (92.1 FM/1230 AM) & WMOP (100.1 FM/900 AM). Kyle Crooks and former Gator softball standout Kelsey Horton will have the call.

Tiffany Greene and Amanda Scarborough will host the game on the SEC Network Friday and ESPN2 Saturday and Sunday. Fans can find link to the video stream below or it can be found by searching on WatchESPN.com or the WatchESPN app.
