No. 4 Florida Travels to UCF for Midweek Clash

The Gators hold a 21-4 all-time record against the Knights heading into tomorrow's contest.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Florida softball team enters a road stretch that starts with UCF Wednesday, April 5, at the UCF Softball Complex. The game, which is slated to start at 6 p.m., is officially sold out.

The Gators (32-4) enter this week after the team dispatched both Hampton and Jacksonville twice each in Gainesville over the weekend. UF defeated Hampton this past Friday, 18-0, before having the first game against Jacksonville halted in the top of the fifth inning tied 1-1.

Florida concluded the weekend Saturday with a 7-0 win over Hampton, then followed up to win the halted game against Jacksonville 2-1 and the final game against the Dolphins 4-0.

Tomorrow's contest against UCF will be broadcast on WGGG (92.1 FM/1230 AM) & WMOP (100.1 FM/900 AM). Kyle Crooks and former Gator softball standout Kelsey Horton will have the call.

It will also be streamed live via KnightsTV with the purchase of a one-day pass or monthly subscription. Visit www.UCFKnights.tv  or click the streaming link below for more information.
