Coach's Take
On third round and tournament:
"Well, it would be easy to blame today as the downfall but, really it was a combination of our play all three days. We struggled overall getting the ball in play. And we didn't improve from day one which was disappointing. We didn't make the adjustments needed to keep pace."Â -- CoachÂ
Emily Bastel Glaser
On play of Brooks and Perez in third round:
"I'm proud of how Sierra and Marta played today. They showed some real leadership in their rounds and they will be looked to next season to continue the same both on and off the course." -- CoachÂ
Emily Bastel Glaser
On year as a whole:
"Overall, there are a lot of positives from the year. Our young roster has a lot to take away and gained a ton of valuable experiences that should serve them well in the future. But we also have a lot of work to do to be more cohesive as a team and to be more consistent. We have to add discipline to our every day lives so, we have what it takes when it matters most." -- Coach Emily Bastel Glaser
On Taylor Tomlinson:
"A bittersweet day for Taylor. Everyone on this team cares for her deeply and it's not how we wanted it to end. Taylor has been a great Gator. She epitomizes what it means to be a great student-athlete. Taylor has big things in her future. We will be forever grateful for all she gave to the University of Florida and our program" -- Coach Emily Bastel Glaser
