Men's Tennis Seniors Honored at Graduation

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Spring graduation ceremonies were held this past weekend on the University of Florida campus with two Gator tennis student-athletes participating in the event. Josh Wardell received his degree at Saturday's Commencement ceremony while Jordan Belag received his on Sunday. All graduation ceremonies were held in the Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O'Connell Center.

Wardell, a student assistant coach for the Gators, received his Master's Degree in International Business while Belga received his Bachelors degree in Sports Management. Chase Perez-Blanco will participate at the August Graduation Ceremony and will receive his Bachelors degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology.

Career Highlights for the Seniors:

Belga earned a career-high ranking of 107 in 2017
Jordan earned 63 career victories and helped the Gators win the 2016 SEC Tournament Championship
Wardell earned 59 career victories
Josh was a three time Academic All-SEC as well as a two time ITA Academic All-American. In 2015 he was the ITA Scholar Athlete award winner
Chase has won over 175 career matches and ranks eighth in program history

A total of 59 current and former Gator student-athletes participated in spring graduation ceremonies.
