Gator Tales 132: Girand shares story, UF sports roundtable

GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- This past weekend saw one Gators season end while another was taken to the brink.
The UF softball team bowed out of the WCWS at the same time the Gators baseball team braved the weather and a couple of in-state foes hoping to take out the top seed. Instead, the Gators advanced to face Southeastern Conference rival Auburn this weekend in the Gainesville Super Regional, in large part due to the unlikely heroics of catcher Jonah Girand, the region's Most Outstanding Player.
In our latest podcast, we'll start by hearing from Girand, baseball's overnight sensation (1:12).
