GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Get ready, Gators fans.
On Sunday, August 5, Florida is taking control of all programming in the fourth annual SEC Network Takeover.
For the foruth year in a row, SEC Network has turned over its control room to the 14 Southeastern Conference schools for a two-week stretch. This year's Florida takeover will feature some of the best Gators performances from the past year along with some all-time classics and original programming, including the Eye on the Gator series produced in-house.
SEC schools are heavily involved in producing the more than 1,000 SEC Network events streamed annually on WatchESPN, SECNetwork.com and the ESPN app. Every campus has at least one control room, fibered sports facilities and a bureau cam room.
