Gators Begin Fall Season at Cougar Classic

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Gators women's golf begins its fall season in Charleston, South Carolina, at the Cougar Classic.
The 15th annual event is hosted by College of Charleston and comprised of 19 teams from across the country.
The No. 12 Gators are joined at the tournament by six other top 25 schools (No. 3 Arkansas, No. 14 Furman, No. 15 Florida State, no. 17 Wake Forest, No. 25 Vanderbilt). Fellow SEC schools LSU and Tennessee are in the field as well.
Course Information: The tournament is being played at the Par 72, 6,261 yards Yeamans Hall Club in Hanahan, S.C.
Format: 54-hole stroke play where teams will play three rounds over three days. The first 18-holes will be played on Sunday with the first team time scheduled for 8:30 a.m.
