GAINESVILLE, Fla.—The Gators have released their depth chart for their top-10 matchup with Georgia on Saturday at TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville.
At his weekly press conference on Monday, head coach Dan Mullen said the team will expect a trio of Gators to return to action after missing multiple games due to injury.
The possible return of both Jonathan Greenard and Jabari Zuniga will look to bolster the defensive line and help contain the Bulldogs' conference-leading rushing attack. The Gators are the only team in the SEC with more than six players with at least 2.0 sacks and have the second-best red zone defense in the FBS this season.
Greenard, the team leader in sacks and tackles for loss, and Zuniga last saw action in Florida's road matchup at LSU on Oct. 12.
Additionally, wide receiver Kadarius Toney is expected to make his return to the field after dealing with an upper body injury that has caused him to sit out the last six games.
In the season-opener against Miami in Orlando, Toney reeled in a 66-yard touchdown pass from Feleipe Franks to give Florida a 7-0 lead early in the game.
This week's game will mark the 97th matchup between the two teams in Jacksonville, with Georgia leading the all-time series 45-40-1 in those games. The city became the home of the game starting in 1933, excluding 1994 and 1995 due to a stadium renovation, and will be continued to be played at TIAA Bank Field until at least 2023.
The Gators hold a 21-8 series advantage since 1990, including their last win over the Bulldogs in 2016.
