Florida Strength & Conditioning Program, Preston Greene Featured on ESPN2’s Gymratts

The Florida men's basketball strength and conditioning program, led by ninth-year director Preston Greene, will be featured on ESPN2's Gymratts program, debuting on Wednesday, Nov. 6 at 7 p.m. Eastern.
Gymratts takes fans behind the scenes in the Gators' weight room, inside Greene's training philosophy and puts host Josh "Farb" Goldstein through the team's strongman circuit, a highlight of the team's offseason training program.
The 30-minute show, which travels the country to showcase unique strength training settings, makes its first foray into basketball with its visit to Gainesville.
Greene, now in his ninth season at Florida, is an internationally recognized strength coach and one of the most respected thinkers and practitioners in his field. The Peachtree City, Ga., native has trained six future NBA players in Gainesville and has been part of seven 20-win seasons, two SEC championships, a Final Four, four Elite Eights and 15 NCAA Tournament wins at Florida. His coaching tree includes a dozen former assistants working with teams around the nation at the collegiate and professional level.
