KEY NOTES OF WEEK:
Florida broke out of an offensive slump in its final two games of the week to take the series from Miami in Gainesville…The Gators have won five series in a row over Miami dating back to 2014…After dropping the series opener to Miami 5-2 on Friday, the Gators fell behind 3-0 on Saturday before the offense woke up and scored eight runs over the final three innings for the win…On Sunday, Jack Leftwich and the bullpen limited Miami to one run and Kendrick Calilao had a pair of RBI in a 4-1 win…Calilao went 7-for-12 against Miami with two doubles, a triple a homer and six RBI…Brady McConnell went 4-for-10 with two doubles and two RBI…On the mound, Tommy Mace went seven innings with three runs allowed and Leftwich went five and allowed just one run…Jordan Butler tossed 5.0 innings in relief, including three shutout innings on Sunday…Nolan Crisp pitched three shutout innings and picked up the save in both wins over Miami…UF was outscored 21-5 over the first 33 innings last week; the Gators outscored Miami 12-1 over the final 12 innings of the weekend…Florida suffered midweek losses at USF and home against UNF.PLAYER OF THE WEEK

- The freshman was outstanding, leading the offense with eight hits last week and six RBI
- All six RBI came in the series win over Miami, in which he had four extra-base hits (2 doubles, triple, home run)
