Trinity Thomas is the first in league history to earn a SEC Weekly Honor after each competition.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida's Trinity Thomas finished regular-season action by claiming her sixth Southeastern Conference Freshman of the Week honor, the league office announced this morning.
With today's honor, Thomas becomes the first in league history to receive a league award after every competition. In addition to her six SEC Freshman of the Week awards, she's a three-time SEC Gymnast of the Week. The previous season record for SEC weekly honors is six, set by Gator Great Bridget Sloan in 2016 and equaled this season by LSU's Sarah Finnegan.

Florida has a week off before heading to New Orleans for the 2019 Southeastern Conference Championships on Saturday, March 23. Florida will be in the SEC Championships' second session, which airs at 8 p.m. on ESPN2.

Thomas' All-Around Win:
- Won four event titles – all with collegiate-bests - in Florida's dual win versus No. 25 Penn State
- Claimed her fifth all-around win at 39.75 – a collegiate-high and the nation's second-highest all-around total of the weekend. That total equals the nation's high by a freshman this season.
- Shared the floor win with teammate Alicia Boren at a nearly-perfect 9.975. Seventh floor title of 2019 and fifth consecutive. Used a 9.975 to take four of last five floor wins.
- Set collegiate-best to win vault at 9.95. It was her second vault win of season.
- Shared the balance beam win at 9.925 with teammates Alicia Boren and Megan Skaggs. Equaled her collegiate-best for third time this season and this is second beam win
- In latest national rankings: No. 2 on floor; No. T2 in all-around and uneven bars; No. 12 in balance beam
- Leads Florida with 21 event titles
