GAINESVILLE, Fla. – No. 6 Florida welcomes No. 20 Minnesota to Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium Wednesday, March 20, for a single game that is set to start at 7 p.m. (ET) on the SEC Network.
The Gators (24-6) briefly step out of SEC play with a series of non-conference opponents. First up are the Golden Gophers (19-8), which is followed by a pair of games against Mercer University this Saturday and Sunday. The team will also host Bethune-Cookman for a midweek game next Wednesday before it steps back into conference action.

- Senior right-handed pitcher Kelly Barnhill is just six strikeouts away from achieving 1,000 career strikeouts as a Gator.
- Barnhill would become on the second pitcher in program history to achieve the feat as Stacey Nelson is the only other pitcher to eclipse the mark with UF record 1,116 career strikeouts.
- The Gators are set to play its' 11th Top 25 contest in just 13 games tomorrow when the team plays Minnesota.
- Overall the team is currently scheduled to play 28 games against Top 25 competition and currently holds a 7-6 record against ranked opponents.
- Amanda Lorenz belted her 50th career double this past weekend during the LSU series.
- Lorenz currently is tied for second in the Florida record book alongside Kelsey Bruder and is just nine shy from tying Ashley Boone's program record of 59.
