Florida went 1-3 last week with a disappointing road trip to Vanderbilt…The Gators won a shootout on Tuesday 13-8 against Jacksonville… In Tuesday's win over Jacksonville, Nolan Crisp made his first career start and allowed just one hit over four innings before being pulled due to pitch count restriction…Brady McConnell went 3-for-3 with a career high 4 RBI against the Dolphins…The Commodores swept Florida, dropping UF to 1-5 in SEC play through two weekends, its worst start in league play since 2001 (0-6 start)…The offense had its worst weekend of the year, hitting just .174 with six runs scored; meanwhile, the pitching was also a letdown, posting an 11.62 ERA in three games with a .351 batting average against in Nashville.PLAYER OF THE WEEK
