Gators Remain Steady in Latest IWLCA Poll

After a 2-0 week, Florida checks in at 17 in this week’s poll
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – After a 2-0 performance last week, the Florida Gators stay steady at No. 17 in the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Poll, as announced Monday.
Florida topped Brown, 22-11, on Tuesday night before opening conference play with a 15-8 win over Temple in Philadelphia, Pa. on Saturday.
The Gators currently sit at the nation's eighth toughest schedule to this point in the season. Florida faced eight ranked opponents in the non-conference slate and is 6-6 through the first 12 games.
UF is back in action on Saturday to take on Vanderbilt at 12 p.m. in the confines of Donald R. Dizney Stadium. The Commodores and the Gators are both 1-0 in conference play after the first weekend.
