
Gator Duo Earns AAC Weekly Honors

Lindsey Ronbeck and Madi Hall were honored by the conference for their performances against Cincinnati
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – After defeating Cincinnati 25-6 to clinch the American Athletic Conference on Saturday, two Gators were honored by the league for their performances, as announced Tuesday.
Lindsey Ronbeck earned her fifth Attacker of the Week award and her ninth AAC honor overall this season, while Madi Hall was named Midfielder of the Week for the first time this season.
Both Ronbeck and Hall finished their careers in conference play with a 29-0 record over the past four years.
Ronbeck went off for nine goals against Cincinnati, setting not only a new career-high, but setting a new program and conference record for most goals in a single game.
She went 9-of-13 (.692) on the day and converted on 4-of-6 free-position attempts. The senior also recorded four draw controls and one groundball in the win.
Ronbeck currently sits at 230 goals, just 26 away from tying the all-time record at Florida. She also sits at 296 points, looking to become just the second Gator all-time to hit the 300-point milestone.
Ronbeck is ranked in the top-10 nationally in seven categories and in the top-10 in the conference in nine categories.
Hall was a force on both sides of the field against the Bearcats, helping lead Florida to the inaugural AAC regular season crown.
She recorded three goals on four shots (.750) and also notched three assists on the day – a career-best mark for the senior. Hall totaled six points on the day, another career-best mark for her.
Hall also recorded four groundballs and one caused turnover to round out her performance.
The Gators are back in action on Thursday as they face Vanderbilt in the opening round of the AAC Tournament. Opening draw is set for 4:30 at the Sheakley Athletics Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.
