Trio of Gators Named NFCA All-Americans

OKLAHOMA CITY – The Florida softball team picked up three NFCA All-American accolades with Amanda Lorenz, Kelly Barnhill and Kendyl Lindman each being selected Wednesday afternoon.
The Gators have garnered at least three NFCA All-American awards each year since 2015.
Senior Amanda Lorenz became only the second UF player in program history to be named an NFCA All-American all four years – Hannah Rogers (2011-'14) was the only other player to achieve the feat. Lorenz holds three first team selections (2017-'19) and a third team selection (2016) over her career.
Fellow senior Kelly Barnhill was named to the second team for her third NFCA All-American accolade. In 2017 and 2018, Barnhill earned first team honors and is one of only six Gators to earn at least three All-American honors.
Junior Kendyl Lindaman rounded out the selections as she earned her first NFCA All-American as a Gator, as she was selected as a third team member, and the third All-American accolade of her career.
