Buster Bishop’s 50th Annual Gators Golf Day Set for Oct. 4

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – As part of homecoming weekend, Buster Bishop's 50th Annual Gators Golf Day is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 4 at the Mark Bostick Golf Course.
This event acts as a fundraiser for both the Florida men's and women's golf programs as well as gives the pubic an opportunity to play 18 holes on the Gators' lush home course. There will be food and prizes on site as well as Gator Greats such as Billy Horschel, Gary Koch, Andy Bean and Florida's former head football coach Steve Spurrier.
This year's event will be a part of UF's homecoming weekend, leading up to the Florida football game on Saturday, Oct. 5 against Auburn. Registration and lunch begin at 11:30 a.m. on the course with a scheduled 1 p.m. shotgun start.
Cost to register for Boosters is contingent on their Booster level. For non-Boosters, there is a $400 buy-in which includes a full round of golf, lunch, dinner, gifts and prizes.
