GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida's track & field and cross country program will celebrate seven student-athletes who earned their degrees this fall.
The student-athletes are Colleen Carney, Marshall Dillon, Blake Lowery, Timetria Mitchell, Davis Ott, Jessica Pascoe and Dominic Williams.
Among the graduates, four helped Florida to three national titles. Dillion, Lowery, Ott and Williams were part of the 2018 and 2019 NCAA Indoor Championships teams. Dillion, Lowery and Williams were also part of UF's NCAA Outdoor Championships team in 2017.
Individually, Pascoe was crowned conference champion in the 10,000 meters in 2019 and cross country SEC champion in 2018. Additionally, the Australia native was named the SEC Cross Country Runner of the Year in 2018 and holds the school record for the 5,000 meters indoor.
Pascoe's diploma will carry the university's Cum Laude honors. The four-time USTFCCCA All-American, who majored in community and health promotion, is one of three Florida student-athletes graduating with honors this fall and will compete for the Gators in the 2021 season.
Meanwhile Mitchell, a 2017 USTFCCCA All-Academic Individual, holds the No. 7 spot on UF's All-Time Top 10 List in the 60-meter hurdles.
Virtual summer commencement ceremonies will take place over the weekend.
