It's the second time in program history that the Gators have taken all three SEC weekly awards.
Lindsey, Trlicek and Cottrill Sweep SEC Weekly Awards

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – For only the second time in program history, a trio of Gators have earned Southeastern Conference Player, Pitcher and Freshman of the Week at the same time after going 4-0 last week.
Sophomore Cheyenne Lindsey was tabbed SEC Co-Player of the Week, freshman Rylee Trlicek earned SEC Pitcher of the Week and Julia Cottrill was picked as SEC Freshman of the Week after the Gators picked up a midweek win over FGCU and swept Auburn during SEC Opening Weekend.
The only other time that Florida players earned all three awards at the same time was April 27, 2015 when Kelsey Stewart (Player), Lauren Haeger (Pitcher) and Nicole DeWitt (Freshman) earned the awards.
Lindsey, in SEC play only, leads the league in total hits (8) after SEC Opening Weekend and is tied for the league lead in runs scored (5). She also is tied for the second most doubles (2), triples (1) and total bases (12) after the Gators series sweep of Auburn.
The Chattanooga, Tenn. native was instrumental in Florida's extra-inning, 2-1, win in game two over Auburn to take the series. She scored the game-winning run in the 11th after she reached on an infield single.
In the series against Auburn, Lindsey tied her career-high in hits (3) in back-to-back games during the series with the Tigers and finished the weekend 8-for-11 at the plate. She also tied her career-high in RBI (2) twice, runs scored (3) once and tallied a multi-hit performance in all three games of the series.
Trlicek became the first freshman in Florida's illustrious pitching history to throw back-to-back complete-game shutouts in their first two SEC starts. In game one, the Hallettsville, Texas native limited Auburn to just three hits and was the first freshman to start an SEC opening game since former two-time NFCA All-American Aleshia Ocasio in 2015 and also the first freshman to throw a complete-game in an SEC opener since four-time NFCA All-American Hannah Rogers in 2011.
The left-handed contact pitcher forced the Auburn offense to hit right into one of the nation's premier fielding defenses as she registered 21 groundball outs and forced the Tigers to strand 10 runners over 12.0 innings of work. She tallied a career-high in assists (3) in the Gators 6-0 win in the series opener on Friday and did not allow an extra-base hit in the series.
She's also the first freshman pitcher in program history to earn pitcher of the week honors since Hannah Rogers May 9, 2011.
Cottrill's week both at the plate and behind it started off with her scoring the game-tying run in the bottom of the 2nd inning of the Gators 3-1 win over FGCU and a career-high five assists – which included throwing out a pair of Eagles base runners.
The Wichita, Kan. native's week continued to improve as she produced a career-high three hits in the Gators 2-1, 11-inning win over Auburn in game two of the series and threw out her third runner of the week in game one against the Tigers.
The talented freshman has been a double producing machine at the plate as she hit a double in every game this week and is tied for 6th in the nation amongst freshmen with eight on the year and ranks first in conference only games regardless of class with three.
