Gators Jump to No. 5 in Latest IWLCA Poll

Florida moves to fifth in the latest poll after picking up two wins
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Florida lacrosse team jumped three spots in the latest Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association poll, landing at No. 5, as the organization announced Monday afternoon.
The Gators picked up two wins over the course of the week, including knocking off then-No. 3 Stony Brook at Donald R. Dizney Stadium (12-10).
Florida also grabbed a road win against Kennesaw State on Wednesday, defeating the Owls 21-6.
The Gators will face four more IWLCA opponents this season: No. 1 North Carolina, No. 11 Princeton, No. 15 Dartmouth and No. 17 Navy.
Florida returns to action against No. 15 Dartmouth on Tuesday, as the squad heads to Hanover, N.H. to face the Big Green. Opening draw is set for 3 p.m. and the game will be streamed on ESPN+.
