
Men's Basketball Earns NCAA Recognition for Academics

For the second straight season and the fourth time in the past five years, the Florida men's basketball team is among those recognized by the NCAA for being in the top 10 percent in Academic Progress Rate (APR) scores nationally.
Florida continues to show its commitment to academic success, earning a 995 (out of 1000) in the APR. The Gators have posted an APR score of 990 or better every season under head coach Mike White.
The men's basketball team was one of five Gators teams honored by the NCAA today, joining women's golf, gymnastics, lacrosse and volleyball.
