Nine Gators Recognized with USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors

NEW ORLEANS – A total of nine Gators and both their men's and women's teams earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors, the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association announced Thursday afternoon.
All-Academic Individual honorees must have compiled a cumulative grade point average of 3.25 or higher in addition to finishing in the national top 96 in an individual event or ranked in the national top 48 in a relay event on the official TFRRS descending order list during this past indoor season.
Florida's women (3.25) and men (3.16) both eclipsed the 3.00 barrier required to be a USTFCCCA All-Academic Team. This is the sixth consecutive year the women earned the honor, while it is the third straight year for the men.
