GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- The Gators won their first national championship in 1996. A decade later they won their second title in 2006. The wait for national title No. 3 did not take long. Introducing "The Promise Fulfilled," a new miniseries chronicling the journey of the 2008 national champions from Tim Tebow's legendary speech all the way through the moment the Gators won their second BCS title in three years.
On the debut episode, host Adam Schick learns about the hunger driving the returners after a disappointing 2007 campaign, their early success against Miami and Tennessee and the Ole Miss game that changed everything.
"Championship or Bust" features head coach Urban Meyer, offensive coordinator Dan Mullen, linebacker Brandon Spikes, kick returner Brandon James, running back Jeff Demps, safety Ahmad Black, receiver David Nelson, athletic director Jeremy Foley and "The Voice of the Gators" Mick Hubert.
