Florida stepped away from competition to meet No. 1 Florida State for an exhibition match on March 6. The two teams played to a 0-0 tie and the match was played as three 30-minute periods. A total of 21 Gators appeared in the exhibition.

Florida and LSU met in Orange Beach, Ala., on March 14 for a non-conference meeting. LSU took the 2-1 with goals by Reese Moffatt and Molly Thompson. Freshman
Beata Olsson tied the match in the 69
th minute off assists from
Madison Alexander and
Parker Roberts. It was Olsson's third goal since joining the Gators this spring.

About North Florida:
North Florida started its season in February with a 4-0 win over Jacksonville and the wins kept coming. The Ospreys are now 7-0 with three wins coming by shutout.
Senior Thais Reiss leads the Ospreys with eight goals and 18 points. She played with Brazil in the 2018 FIFA U-20 World Cup in France. Graduate transfer Mercedes Sapp has started in goal for every match in 2021 and owns a goals-against-average of 0.46. Sapp played previously with the University of Missouri.
Eric Faulconer is in his second season with the Ospreys. In his first season, UNF took fourth in the ASUN regular-season and in 2021, is the only unbeaten team in the ASUN current standings.
