Jasmine Moore Named USTFCCCA National Female Athlete of the Week

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – To cap off a record-breaking weekend, Florida's Jasmine Moore was named the USTFCCCA's National Female Athlete of the Week on Tuesday (Feb. 1) morning.
Moore joins Grace Stark as members of the Florida Women's Track and Field team to win the honor this season.
In her first triple jump competition of the season, Moore broke the NCAA and School records with a jump of 14.55m.
She became one of four Florida women to break school records this weekend and one of six Gator women leading the SEC in their respective events.
The 2020 Olympian won the 2020 and 2021 SEC Indoor Championships in the Triple Jump and was the 2020 SEC Women's Indoor Freshman Field Athlete of the Year.
Moore's marks in the Long Jump and Triple Jump both rank within the top-3 in the NCAA this season.
She and fellow teammate Natricia Hooper are the NCAA leaders in the Triple Jump by a significant margin.
Florida has the weekend off before heading to the Tyson Invitational on the campus of the University of Arkansas from Feb. 11-12.
