Florida Tabbed as CSCAA Scholar All-America Team

Women Post 3.5 GPA, Men 3.22
GAINESVILLE, Florida – The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced that the University of Florida men's and women's swimming and diving teams have earned Scholar All-America honors for their success in the classroom this past semester. The women recorded a 3.5 GPA, while the men had a 3.22 GPA, respectively.
"Coach Nesty has unified the men and women's programs at Florida and they are clearly achieving on all fronts," CSCAA Executive Director Samantha Berry said about the Gators.
In total, 731 teams were selected from 441 institutions. Teams were selected on the basis of their Spring 2022 grade point averages, and represent 17,845 student-athletes. Individual scholar-athlete All-America honors will be announced in the coming weeks.
Founded in 1922, the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA), is the nation's first organization of college coaches. The mission of the CSCAA is to advance the sport of swimming and diving with coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy, and professional development.
