Gators Top Nation’s 2024 Gymnastics Freshmen Classes

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida's six leads CollegeGymFans.com's annual rankings of the gymnastics recruiting classes. This is the Gators' 11th top-two recruiting class rank since 2010 (No. 1 nine times, No. 2 twice).
Six equals the second-highest number of freshmen in program history. The all-time high of seven freshmen came in 1998. Six freshmen also were on 2019, 2005, 2004, 1991 and 1978 rosters.
Each of Florida's six freshmen found success in U.S. Development Program championship action. Plus Anya Pilgrim is the only freshman on 2024 NCAA rosters who competed at the 2023 World Championships last October in Antwerp, Belgium.
Season Starts January 12
2024 action starts Friday, Jan. 12 with a home quad meet versus Fisk, George Washington and Talladega. Meet time is 6:45 p.m. ET at the Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O'Connell Center.
Florida single meet tickets are on sale now through the Gator Ticket Office.
