Fitzpatrick Receives Diploma this Weekend

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Outside hitter AC Fitzpatrick will be honored at University of Florida's Commencement Ceremonies held this weekend inside the Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O'Connell Center. Graduating with Cum Laude honors, Fitzpatrick receives her bachelor's degree in Health Education Behavior.
Summer commencement ceremonies begin Friday, Aug. 9 and runs through Saturday, Aug. 10.
Using her fifth year of eligibility, The Ocala, Fla. native returns for the 2024 season after transferring to Florida from Penn State her junior year. During the 2023 season, she started in 23 matches and saw action in 105 sets, while posting 16 double-digit kills. In the classroom, she was named to the 2023 SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
