Florida Volleyball No. 15 in AVCA/TARAFLEX Top-25

GAINESVILLE, Fla. - The Florida volleyball team checked in at No. 15 in the AVCA/TARAFLEX Week 3 Division I Top-25 Poll, released Monday afternoon by the American Volleyball Coaches Association.
Florida's remaining schedule features six opponents ranked in the top-25, including the Gators final nonconference matchup against now ranked No. 7 Wisconsin this Sunday, Sept. 21. UF's remaining slate includes No. 2 Texas, who received three first-place votes this week, and No. 6 Kentucky, along with a top-15 showdown against No. 14 Texas A&M. The Gators will also meet two additional top-20 programs in No. 22 Missouri and newly ranked No. 24 Tennessee.
Through three weeks of play, Florida holds a 2-2 record against ranked competition, highlighted by wins over then-No. 3 Pitt and No. 20 Baylor, while suffering losses against of Stanford and North Carolina.
