Customer Service & Ticket Sales- Customer Service and Ticket Sales windows for Gators Men's Basketball game are located at Gate 1 of the Exactech Arena. This is located across the street from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
- All ticket windows will open 2 hours prior to tip-off for each home game.
Florida Players’ Parents and Guests
- Family and Guests of Florida players who are on the pass list will check in just to the left of the main ticket windows of Gate 1.
- All guests will need to present picture ID to receive their ticket for the game.
- The pass list line will open starting 90 minutes prior to tip-off for each home game.
- Once a ticket is picked up, the guest must go into the building and there is no re-entry if they leave.
- We encourage all guests to arrive early and come together in their entire group if they desire to sit with each other.
Visiting Fans and Visiting Player Guests Will Call
- Guests need to check in at Gate 1 of the Stephen C. O’Connell Center and provide a photo ID to secure a game ticket or pick up their pre-purchased tickets.
- Gates open one and a half hours prior to tipoff.
