Express Offerings Biometric Information Privacy Disclosure and Consent

The University Athletic Association is pleased to provide you with Express Entry and Future Express Offerings for specified events at Florida Athletics venues including Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, the Stephen C. O’Connell Center, Condron Family Ballpark, James G. Pressley Stadium, Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium, Alfred A. Ring Tennis Complex, and Donald R. Dizney Stadium.

- Express Entry. To enable Express Entry to Florida Athletic Events, we need an image of your face that can be used to identify you when you request entry to the venue. By uploading your picture, you consent to its use to operate, secure, and maintain the Express Entry feature as it now operates and as it operates in the future, and consistent with the terms of our Privacy Policy. We will use your picture and biometric data only as necessary to operate, maintain, and secure the Express Entry functionality.
- Future Express Offerings. The University Athletics Association strives to lead the sports industry in innovative fan offerings for convenient, quick and streamlined experiences at our venues. From time to time, we may offer new Express applications, such as Express Food for food ordering and pickup using your image and other information you provide to us, among other offerings that use face authentication. By uploading your picture and an image of your payment card information in connection with your use of these Express Offerings, you consent to our possession, use, storage, disposal, and transmission of your image and likeness as shown in the picture, other identification means and your payment card information, all as necessary to operate, secure, and maintain future Express fan offerings that you choose to participate in, as such features operate at the time of your participation and as they may operate in the future, and consistent with the terms of our Privacy Policy. We will use your image, biometric data, payment card information and other personal information you provide to us only as necessary to operate, maintain, and secure the Express Offerings functionalities. We will maintain your information as long as you are enrolled in the program, and for so long as we may be required to under applicable law. We will not sell or share your picture, biometric information, and other personal information gathered as part of the Express Offerings functionalities to unaffiliated persons or entities and will not use it for the purposes of targeted marketing or promotion. However, we may be compelled to disclose your picture and biometric information when required by applicable law or regulation or at the request of law enforcement organizations and agencies. We also may make your information available to service providers that assist us in offering, operating and maintaining the program. We will store and use your picture and biometric information as long as you are enrolled in the Express Offerings programs. If You have provided the opt-in and are registered for our Facial Authentication Services Platform, but reconsider and wish to opt-out, You can easily do that at any time by emailing us at access-optout@wicketsoft.com. Once You opt-out, all your information, including your source photo, will be permanently deleted within one (1) week of You notifying Wicket directly or one week of a Client notifying Wicket if You choose to opt out by notifying the Client.
