Open to female athletes 13-18 years of age.
Campers must be 13 years old at the start of camp session to stay overnight in the dorm. No exceptions to the age policy will be granted.

Coaching Opportunities
Gators Soccer Summer Camps take pride in providing the highest level of coaching that we present to campers each summer. Our staff consists of a wide range of coaches, including head and assistant coaches at colleges, universities and clubs.
Be aware that camp employment requires background screening (including finger printing), employment application paperwork and federal ID requirements for eligibility.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What forms must each player upload for camp participation?
- Physical performed within one year of the end of camp (or signed Physician’s Statement) submitted no later than 7 days prior to first camp session.
- How do I upload a physical to my online account?
- When registering for camp, you will automatically create an online account with the email address you enter. Once you have completed the camp registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link on the top right of email. Click the link that says “Manage your online account.” Enter your email address and password to log on to online account. To upload physical or physician’s statement, click “Upload Form” blue button.
We only accept a physical that has been completed within one year of the last day of your camp session. Physicals should be uploaded to your online account by no later than 7 days prior to first camp session.
If you are unable to upload your physical, please email a scanned version to SoccerCamps@gators.ufl.edu.

- Do I need medical insurance to attend camp?
- Campers must have medical insurance. The camp carries an EXCESS medical insurance policy to cover medical expenses for injuries/accidents which occur in the course of camp activities. Medical expenses, including any deductibles, which are declined for payment through the camper’s personal insurance and/or through the excess policy become the personal responsibility of the camper’s parents/guardians.
- Can players submit a doctor’s signature instead of a current physical?
- Yes. We will only accept a doctor’s signature of release on our Physician’s Statement form linked in your confirmation email after completing online camp registration.
- Where is check-in/registration?
- UF Dorms (specific dorm will be released at a later date) for Overnight Campers.

- Where is check-in and check-out for day campers?
- Check-in and check-out each day for day takes place by the fan entrance of Donald R. Dizney Stadium.
- May parents watch?
- Parents are welcome and encouraged to watch their children. We request you sit in the designated sections for viewing on each field. If you are unsure where that is, please ask the specific field coach. If a facility does not have a designated section to watch, feel free to sit in any area that won’t be disruptive to camp activity.
- Can a camper be picked up by someone besides a camper’s parent?
- Yes. A parent may provide the name of a designated adult via the ONLINE registration process. Parent or designated adult will be allowed to sign camper out at the end of the day with proper photo ID

- What is the difference between overnight and day campers?
- Both campers will receive the exact same instruction. Overnight campers stay overnight at the camp dorm and receive all meals during camp. Day campers do not stay in the camp dorm. Day campers participate in all camp activities and meals except breakfast each day. Housing, breakfast, dinner and transportation to and from camp each day are the responsibility of day campers. Day campers will not be allowed to leave camp at any point until the time of pick-up after the conclusion of the last session.
- Who can stay in the dorm?
- UAA Policy allows only those campers 13 years or older by the start of camp to stay overnight in the camp dorm.
- Can I request a roommate?
- You can make a request for one roommate (rooms are double occupancy only). Every reasonable effort is made to accommodate all roommate requests. Roommate requests must match to ensure your request be fulfilled.
- What should a camper bring to camp with them?

- Soccer cleats (primary pair + backup if possible)
- Shin guards (required for all sessions)
- Soccer socks
- Soccer shorts
- Soccer jerseys/practice shirts
- Water bottle (clearly labeled with name)
- Clothing & Personal Items:
- Underwear
- Regular socks
- Pajamas/sleepwear
- Casual clothes for evenings
- Sweatshirt/hoodie
- Rain jacket (weather dependent)
- Hat/cap for sun protection
- Flip-flops or slides (for showers/dorm)
- Comfortable walking shoes (for non-soccer activities)

- Is a deposit required for the dorm key?
- There is no key deposit. If a key is lost or not returned at check-out on the last day of camp, there will be a $60.00 fee for a lost hard key and a $30.00 fee for a lost access card/fob.
- Is there supervision in the dorms?
- Camp staff stays in the dorms along with the Dorm Director and Athletic Trainer. Each night at 10:00pm the staff makes rounds to be sure campers are in their assigned room and provide any help needed. The University of Florida Housing Office also provides 24-hour security.
- Will campers be able to purchase food besides the dining hall?
- For overnight campers, pizza, snacks and beverages will be sold at the dorm following the evening session.
- Will campers be able to purchase Florida Soccer Camp attire?
- Florida Soccer Camp merchandise will be available for purchase at a camp store.
- Will athletic trainers be present during the game?
- Members of our athletic training staff will be present on the field and in the dorms during the entire camp.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made 10 days prior to camp, a 75% refund will be issued. For cancellations made after 10 days prior to camp, a 50% refund will be issued. No refund will be issued 72 hours prior to camp. All refunds are excluding any Active fees. All refunds will be made to the original payment method. For refunds to be granted, registrants have to self-cancel their registrations via the Active website.
- No camp credit will be issued in lieu of a refund.
- No refunds will be issued due to a camper withdrawing from camp once camp has begun.
- If a refund is requested less than 72 hours prior to camp due to medical or family emergency or extenuating circumstances, contact needs to be made with the camp director (soccercamps@gators.ufl.edu) as soon as possible. The camp director, along with compliance approval, will determine if the circumstances warrant the issuance of a refund. Please note that not all requests are granted and it is the sole discretion of Florida Soccer Camps and the University Athletic Association Compliance office whether or not the circumstances warrant a refund.
- If Florida Soccer Camps are cancelled or suspended for any reason that is outside the control of Florida Soccer Camps, a full refund minus $15 to cover fees will be issued without request.
- All requests to transfer from Commuter to Residential or vice versa must be made in writing to soccercamps@gators.ufl.edu at least 72 hours prior to the first session the camper is signed up for. All these requests are subject to availability.
