Off the Court
- Has a story behind choosing #9: I was contemplating on entering the transfer portal when I went to church on a Sunday. The service was going on, but I was restless because I was thinking about transferring on not. Then the preacher mentioned that our text is from the book of Joshua 1:1. As I opened my bible to Joshua 1:1, I notice that I had ticked verse 9, which says, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; Do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” That’s when I knew it was go time. I chose number 9 representing the word of God from Joshua 1:9.
