Jordan Talley enters his second season at Florida in 2023-24 after joining Todd Golden’s initial Florida staff in 2022 as a player development assistant.
 
Talley helped the Gators to a pair of top-25 wins and a postseason berth in his first season at UF. The 2022-23 campaign also included All-SEC honors for Colin Castleton and SEC All-Freshman recognition for Riley Kugel.

Talley came to the Gators after two seasons as a graduate assistant at James Madison, which included a 2021 Colonial Athletic Association regular season championship.
 
A native of Lake City, Florida, he previously made a stop in Gainesville as an assistant coach at Santa Fe College for the 2016-17 season. Talley helped Tallahassee Community College to a Panhandle Conference championship, and the team sent 10 players to Division I including the No. 1 player in junior college.
 
Talley earned his bachelor’s in sport management in 2015 from Southeastern University in Lakeland, where he helped the team to a 2014 NAIA Final Four appearance. He completed his Master’s degree in Adult Education and Human Resources Development from James Madison in 2022.
