- Qualified for the 2017 NCAA Championships, finishing third in the 800 free relay (6:12.18), ninth in the 1650 free (14:38.40), sixth in the 500 free consolation final (4:15.18) and 19th in the 200 free (1:33.89)
- Member of the 2017 SEC championship-winning team, winning the 800 free relay title (6:12.18) and finishing second in the 1650 free (14:45.96), second in the 500 free A-final (4:12.71) and fifth in the 200 free A-final (1:34.07)
- Totaled six individual and two relay wins on the season
2015-2016 (junior)
NCAA Championships: Four-time All-American with a trio of top-8 finishes… earned a silver medal in the 500 free (4:09.98), a bronze medal in the 800 free relay (6:09.84), and finished sixth in the 200 free (1:32.67)... finished 11th in the 1650 free (14:49.65) to finalize his scoring events… totaled 68 points for the third-place finishing men… SEC Championships: Claimed the 800 free relay SEC title with a time of 6:13.64… also posted top-5 finishes in the 500 free (3rd, 4:13.92), 200 free (4th, 1:34.26 26), and 1650 Free (4th, 14:52.23 26)… totaled 143 points for the first-place finishing Florida men… achieved season-best times which rank among Florida’s all-time top-five times in the 500 free (school record), 200 free (fifth), and as a member of the 800 free relay team (school record)… totaled six wins on the season (three individual, three relay).
2014-15 (sophomore)
NCAA Championships: Earned four All-American honors, as he placed sixth in the 500 free (4:14.30), 13th in the 200 free and 16th in the 1650 free (14:55.15)… D’Arrigo was also a member of UF’s seventh-place 800 free relay team that clocked a time of 6:17.12… SEC Championships: Won two SEC championships… D’Arrigo won his first-career SEC title in the 500 free, as he placed first in a time of 4:10.77 and won his second as a member of the Gators' SEC champion 800 free relay team (6:12.85 – UF record)… Also finished runner-up in both the 200 (1:33.41) and 1650 (14:39.90) free races… Finished with eight individual wins and was part of three first-place relay teams during the dual meets and invitational competition.
2013-14 (freshman)
NCAA Championships: Earned a sixth-place finish in the 500 freestyle (4:15.75) after notching UF’s third-best all-time swim in that event in the prelims (4:12.68) … Also placed seventh overall in both the mile (14:47.36) and the 200 free (1:33.97)… Was a member of UF’s NCAA runner-up crew in the 800 free relay… SEC Championships: Posted a 200 free mark of 1:33.95, 500 free time of 4:12.73 and a 1650 free mark of 14:43.15 to place second in each race… His mile time broke UF’s 28-year old record, but teammate Arthur Frayler holds the school record, as he placed first in the race with a time of 14:38.06… Won seven individual events during the regular season and invitational competition.
Prior to Florida
- Originally from Rome, Italy, but moved to Gainesville prior to the start of his high school senior season to swim with Gator Swim Club
- Maintains dual American and Italian citizenship
- Was ranked as a five-star recruit in the Swimming World College Recruit Rankings
