2019 (Sophomore):
  • Had a breakout season as the Gators’ everyday shortstop, batting .332 with 15 home runs and 48 RBI
  • Propelled himself into the second round of the 2019 MLB Draft and was chosen 44th overall by the Kansas City Royals
  • His 15 home runs on the year are the most ever by a UF shortstop, surpassing Mark Ellis’ 14 home runs in 1998
  • Ranked second among all SEC players with 11 home runs in league games and 10th with 26 RBI in SEC games
  • Led the team with 23 multi-hit games and 12 multi-RBI games, including six games with three-plus RBI
  • Had 14 two-out RBI on the season and four game-winning RBI
  • Compiled a season and career best 15 game hitting streak from Feb. 20 – March 12, the longest of the season for any UF player; in that span, he hit .411 (23-56) with 10 RBI
  • Had two home runs in a game twice, March 30 against Alabama and May 11 against Tennessee
  • Career-high four RBI against Jacksonville on March 19
2018 (Freshman):
  • Only saw action in nine games with five starts at shortstop while dealing with a season-long injury

  • Drafted in the 33rd round of the 2017 MLB Draft by the Cincinnati Reds
  • Rated the 29th overall player in the class of 2017 by Perfect Game and the No. 5 shortstop in the country
  • Named a MaxPreps Second Team All-American as a senior and to the National H.S. Coaches Association All-Southeast Team
  • Selected to the ABCA/Rawlings All-Region 3 Team
  • Earned the All-Cape Coast Conference Player of the Year honor and named the Space Coast Daily Baseball Athlete of the Year
  • Had a .372 batting average as a senior with three home runs, 24 RBIs and 21 stolen bases
  • A Collegiate Baseball First Team Preseason All-American prior to the 2017 season and named to the USA Today 20-member All-USA team entering his senior season
  • Played in the 2016 Perfect Game All-American Classic
  • As a junior, hit .490 with three home runs, 32 RBI and 16 stolen bases
  • Named a First Team Preseason All-America selection by Perfect Game as a junior (2016) and senior (2017) at Merritt Island
