University of Florida junior guards Teddy Dupay and David Kliewer and sophomore forward Matt Bonner were named to the Southeastern Conference Academic Honor Roll Tuesday afternoon.
Dupay is on the team for the second consecutive year, while Bonner and Kliewer are making their first appearances on the list. The three selections this year give Florida 21 league academic honorees under Billy Donovan, the most in the league. Mississippi State is second with 13 selections and Vanderbilt has 10 selections since 1997.
To be eligible for the award, a student athlete must have 3.0 grade point average for either the past year or a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher in their career, be a least a sophomore academically, and have 24 semester hours toward a degree.

Bonner, a Business major, leads the team in rebounding , averaging 7.6 rebounds per game and in double doubles with eight. The 6-9, 232 pounder from Concord, N.H., is also averaging 13.2 points per game. Earlier in the year Bonner was named to the Verizon Academic All-District III team and hopes to be selected to the national team on March 13th.
