Interested in bringing Gators traditions to life at your special event this season? Please review all information below before submitting an appearance request.
Scheduling
- The student-athletes who comprise Florida Spirit primarily support University Athletic Association (UAA) events and athletic competitions. These events always receive priority.
- Appearance requests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Requests should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event date.
- Due to the above, not all requests may be able to be accommodated.
Requirements
- Standard appearances should not exceed 1 hour.
- Albert and Alberta require 1 10-minute breaks per hour, to be coordinated by event organizers.
- Event organizers must provide a secure, private preparation area for all student-athletes. The preparation area must:
- Be located near the event site.
- Allow team members to securely store personal belongings throughout the duration of the event.
- Remain private and inaccessible to event attendees (no restrooms, please).
- Be available before, during, and immediately after the appearance.
- Appropriate parking accommodations must be provided for student-athletes at no cost to them.
Appearances by Florida Spirit are intended for personal use only. Images, videos, or audio recordings may not be used, published, distributed, or sold for any purpose including commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Florida Gators.
- A $5 non-refundable Appearance Request Fee is required at the time of submission. This $5 will be applied to your appearance balance once scheduled.
- Travel expenses and per diem costs are not included in the appearance fees listed and will be billed separately, when applicable.
- Pricing will be determined by event level and the number of teams requested, as listed below
- Our 5 teams include Albert, Alberta, Gators Cheerleaders, Mic Ma’am & Mic Man, and The Dazzlers
- You will have the opportunity to specify which team(s) you are requesting
Level 1: Private Events & Corporate Events
Weddings, Birthday parties, Holiday parties, Tailgates, Corporate functions

- Complete and submit the online Appearance Request Form and pay the $5 Appearance Request Fee. You will receive an email confirming that your submission has been received and is under review.
- If coverage is available, you will receive an “Appearance Confirmation” email outlining appearance details and associated fees.
- If coverage is unavailable, you will receive a notification via email.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of appearance fees.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will receive a 50% refund of appearance fees.
- In the unlikely event that a confirmed appearance cannot be fulfilled, all appearance fees will be refunded in full, and you will be notified as soon as possible.
