Men's Tennis Duo In SEC Indoor Final

The Gator tandem, ranked 36th in the nation, first defeated Alabama’s Chris Gostek and Steve Mitchell in the quarterfinals before upsetting fifth-ranked Andrew Colombo and Tiago Ruffoni of Auburn, 9-7, in a tight semifinal. The duo will face Tennessee’s Mark Dietrich and Peter Handoyo in Sunday’s final.
In earlier singles play, UF’s lone remaining entrant, Magallan, was defeated in the Round of 16 by Bo Hodge of Georgia, 6-2, 7-5.
