Men’s Tennis Doubles Team Ends Run In Memphis

The University of Florida doubles tandem of senior Trey Johnson and junior Vladimir Obradovic withdrew on Sunday from the National Indoor Championships in qualifying rounds in Memphis, Tenn.
In the Round of 16 on Saturday, Johnson and Obradovic defeated Central Florida's Catalin Bradu and Antonio Sierra (8-2) after disposing of Alabama-Birmingham's Sanzaruz Zaman and Ruben Zrihen (8-6) earlier in the afternoon in the Round of 32.
Johnson and Obradovic (5-3) were set to meet 5th-ranked Bo Hodge and John Isner of Georiga in the quarterfinals Sunday at 5 p.m. However, the Florida duo withdrew due to illness.
