Women's Tennis to Play Auburn in SEC Tournament Quarterfinals

Top-seeded Florida plays eighth-seeded and host Auburn on Friday in the quarterfinal round of the Southeastern Conference Women's Tennis Tournament scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. ET.
The Gators (18-1) earned a first-round bye as one of the top-four seeds, while the Tigers (15-8) advanced to the quarterfinals after their 4-0 victory over South Carolina on Thursday afternoon at the Yarbrough Tennis Center.
Florida battled past Auburn, 4-3, during the regular-season match-up, when Gator sophomore Anastasia Revzina provided the heroics with her 3-6, 6-2, 6-2 victory over Jil Hastenrath in the clinching win that broke the 3-all tie and helped Florida improve to 28-0 all-time against the Tigers.
The Gators carry a 15-match win streak into the SEC Tournament, where they have won 15 of the league's 20 postseason events. Florida enters Friday's match with a 20-0 all-time record in quarterfinal matches, having advanced to the final 19 times.
