Lacroix Falls In ITA All-American Quarterfinals

The University of Florida's Alexandre Lacroix (Paris, France) was defeated by Southern California's Steve Johnson in the quarterfinals of the D'Novo/ITA All-American Tennis Championships at the University of Tulsa's Michael D. Case Tennis Center. After taking the first set, 6-2, No. 23 Lacroix dropped the next two, 6-3, 7-5, advancing No. 18 Johnson to the semifinals.

The loss marks the first for Lacroix in seven outings in the 2009 fall season and the junior posts a 3-1 record against ranked opponents thus far.
