Nelson Pitches Three Innings in USA's Win of KFC World Cup

Former Gator Stacey Nelson (Los Alamitos, Calif.) pitched three innings in the U.S.'s 7-2 win over the Netherlands in the opening round of the KFC World Cup in Oklahoma City, Okla.
Jennie Finch started the game and took the win, pitching four hitless innings, striking out 11 and allowing only one walk. Nelson came in to relieve Finch and allowed two hits, two unearned runs and a walk while striking out one.
