Head Coach Roland Thornqvist Met with the Media on Monday

University of Florida head coach Roland Thornqvist met with the media Monday morning as part of the Gators' All-Sports Media Day.
Coach Thornqvist shared his assessment of Sunday's season-opening sweep against North Texas and then talked about this week's busy schedule, when the Gators play three matches in five days, beginning with Wednesday's dual match against UCF and ending with the ITA Kick-Off Weekend Friday and Saturday.
He also discussed and fielded questions about having two freshmen start the season-opener at the No. 1 and No. 2 singles positions, as well as his expectations for the year, on freshman Allie Will's game and on playing three matches in five days with such a young squad.
