4 Gators named to All-SEC men's basketball preseason teams

The Florida men's basketball team is well-represented on the All-SEC Preseason Team in voting by the league's head coaches.
UF forward Chandler Parsons is a first-team pick, while guards Kenny Boynton and Erving Walker and forward Alex Tyus each earned spots on the second-team. Parsons and Boynton were named preseason All-SEC by the league's media in earlier voting.
Florida's four All-SEC selections are the most of any SEC school. The Gators open their exhibition season on Thursday at home against Florida Tech.
The Gators return all five starters from last year's NCAA Tournament squad and have been picked by the league's media to win the 2011 SEC title.
