Head Coach Mike Holloway Met with the Media on Monday

University of Florida head coach Mike Holloway addressed the media Monday morning as part of the Gators' All-Sports Media Day.
Coach Holloway shared his assessment of last weekend's exceptional performance at the Virginia Tech Elite Meet in Blacksburg, Va. Over the course of the weekend, the Gators recorded seven event victories, four NCAA automatic-qualifying marks and 12 NCAA provisional-qualifying marks and times.
He previewed this week's schedule, which features competition on Friday and Saturday, when Florida sends split squads to the Tyson Invitational in Fayetteville, Ark., the Iowa State Classic in Ames, Iowa, and the Washington Invitational in Seattle.
Coach Holloway then discussed and fielded questions about the different meets this week, on any individuals he is looking for to get an automatic qualifying mark and on challenging senior jumper Shara Proctor.
